Personnel Touch is a New Zealand-based, locally owned company founded by Bruce & Clodagh Barnett in 2013.
In line with Wellington's construction boom, we embedded ourselves in the local community to help deliver some of the region's most significant infrastructure projects. We have since moved into other parts of the country but kept a strong focus on what we are known for, "our personal approach."
Our aim at Personnel Touch is to be different from your traditional "labour-hire company." To problem-solve, create solutions & tailor employment needs, we believe being present and accessible to our clients, employees, and the job site is essential.

The entirety of our team comprises ambitious, customer service-focused individuals who love what they do! We aim to be involved in the culture & present in the day-to-day operations as much as possible. Specialising only in the construction industry, we believe being bespoke/industry-focused sets us apart. In the ten years of operating, we have helped over 100 individuals gain their trade qualifications. Most of which are still working with us to date. Watching entry-level employees gain skills & knowledge while working towards & achieving their desired career goals is just one of the many things we love about what we do.
